The automotive repair, maintenance and tire services provider was selected as an award recipient based on employer programs as well as employee feedback. The growing organization employs more than 3,100 team members across 24 brands and 350+ locations throughout the U.S.

To be considered for the award, Sun Auto Tire & Service first provided detailed information about its competitive benefits and well as information about its policies, practices, and demographics. Employees were then invited to participate in an in-depth employment engagement and satisfaction survey.
