Sun Auto Tire & Service Welcomes Susie Long as Chief People Officer

 

  • Seasoned Bridgestone HR leader joins Sun Auto to advance teammate experience and build systems to support continued national growth

 

MESA, AZ – Sun Auto Tire & Service today announced the appointment of Susie Long as Chief People Officer, a key addition to the company’s executive leadership team. Long brings decades of experience in organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and culture transformation – most recently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer for Bridgestone Americas West.

 

In this new role, Long will lead all aspects of Sun Auto’s people strategy, including talent development, engagement, and scalable HR systems designed to support the company’s ongoing expansion across the United States.

Prior to joining Sun Auto, Long spent a decade at Bridgestone, where she held progressive senior leadership positions overseeing the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. She led enterprise initiatives spanning Talent, Engagement, Organization & Culture, and built programs that improved leadership capability, teammate retention, and operational consistency across multiple business units.
